Family photography is a valuable legacy to leave to future generations. My parents' photos have provided priceless memories of our family.

As a photographer, I know the importance of capturing your family as you wish to be remembered. My photoshoot sessions always include natural poses, portraits, and emotions.

I mostly photograph families in the studio and during the spring and summer will extend to outdoors.

Before your session, we can discuss your preferences and plan your outfits based on your style and how you'd like the images to look when they are printed and framed in your home.

Family sessions take place Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 2.30pm and between 10am and 12pm on Saturdays. It’s best to book as early as possible if looking at a weekend session and if possible 2-3 months in advance.

Clothing for the session?

Family clothing should be basic so that they do not date. A basic white shirt with trousers or a simple dress with minimal design. The more traditional or classic, the better. Although I do love a cultural outfit if you can bring this along.

When selecting family clothing, always consider a backup in case of an accident on the road (or get dressed at the session). I plan our family outfits for the photoshoot by laying out all the colours on the bed – if you want a colour to match the walls in your home when it’s printed, think like this: – you might have a blue wall and autumn brown, gold, yellow, or orange tones in the outfits could work to complement this wall.

If you are planning a BABY SHOWER, or looking for a maternity gift list then you can ask friend, family work colleagues to me to create your own personal Baby Gift List. The baby shower gift can include a set amount towards the session, or the whole session. It will be valid for a year so that they can capture them in the first year. Anyone who books a baby shower gift will receive a free appearance to photograph everyone at their baby shower event at the start.
