Rhonda runs Mindful Birth Courses along with hypnotherapy in my studio. The mindful birthing courses she provides help women prepare for birth in many different ways. She aims to help reduce fear, anxiety using meditation, visualisation and many other techniques.
Rhonda has a warm bubbly nature and everyone that chooses her to do the course is in very good hands!
